Ascalonic traces its roots back to 2007, as a little organization in Nirmala Public Scool called NCA - Nirmala Comedy Association, started by Varghese Mathai and Abhijith KA. Later, in 2010, Blackstar was born, for software development works. Later both were merged into NCABlackstar and continued the trend of Software Development.

Finally in 2014 It was renamed to Ascalonic. As of January 2019, Its a Private Limited Company, owned by Varghese Mathai and Nidhin Shaji
